Fitness tracker - a good helper for sports
I really like this fitnessbit watch. I was a very busy worker before, and because of my job, I gained weight and my work schedule was irregular. Now I'm determined to change that and I've done a lot of preparation, including this smartwatch.
The fitness tracker has sleep tracking analysis, which is helpful for people like me who have irregular work and rest schedules. I can use it to sync to my smartphone to see my sleep quality that night, to understand deep sleep and sleep quality, and to help me adjust my bedtime activities as well as some exercise intensity.
It has 8 modes and is a great activity fitness tracker for men. Waterproof function, rain swimming sweat are not afraid. Currently I am actively losing fat and shaping, so I need some tools to help record in terms of exercise, easy to adjust my exercise plan, etc.. This is a very good fitness tracker, including my daily steps are recorded, as well as my heart rate, we all understand that weight loss is related to heart rate, which is an important reference for me. And it also has sedentary reminders so I don't worry about keeping myself from exercising for long periods of time.
